O’Shea Farms

This was one of our larger projects to date. Our remit was to install a CCTV system that will allow us to monitor the entire site remotely during out of working hours. Because of the scale of the site and the many buildings throughout, a lot of planning and designing was required. It was agreed that the only viable option was to create a new fibre optic infrastructure throughout the site. In total, 1500m of fibre was installed and terminated by CTS Technologies. This allowed us to create 15 fibre hubs throughout the site. From each of those hubs we wired to our camera locations in CAT5. This infrastructure allowed us to install 62 5MP IP cameras on the site.
